These songs reflect my speculations on a path to understand what makes the world function and how to exist within and navigate it. NonSvch palace was built by King Henry VIII of the Tudor Dynasty of Britain and it was named for its unique features (none such like it) and i feel the same way about myself :) I’m a complex person who is not pigeon holed by a singular already known perspective, for I have my own profound experiences, discoveries, and understandings. According to my family tree, I’m a descendent of a few notable characters of this era and the Elizabethan (Henry VIII’s daughter) court, including William Cecil, her most trusted advisor, secretary of state, and state treasurer. It’s a complex explanation, but I’m possibly a descendent of Elizabeth herself as well. Elizabeth I signed the nonsvch treaty with the Dutch Protestants while they were rebelling against Spanish Habsburg/Catholic rule and it was deemed as a declaration of war by King Phillip II of Spain, who eventually sent the infamous Spanish Armada which was the most formidable in the world which was derailed by a massive storm sent by the gods.. it destroyed a lot of their ships and a bunch of others were destroyed by Sir Francis Drake’s ships. This battle is the reason there are “black Irish”, being that the Spanish survivors sought refuge in the Catholic Irish. This name is an homage to part of my ancestry which goes back to key figures of this kingdom/queendom, and the independence and truth they stood for and stood up to the Catholic empire, pretty much the last bastion of hope in the western world because all else was dominated, and it’s the very reason we have any semblance of freedom of religion to this day, for the American founding fathers were children of this conflict and knew it more than anyone could today and they continued the pursuit of freedom and independence. The Tudor Dynasty is fascinating and not everything you hear is true, like always, and they are misrepresented down to the way they look in movies and tv shows, so you can’t tell who their real descendants are. People who stand for freedom are always demonized by the demons themselves. Read Elizabeth’s writings. Also in her court we’re Shakespeare collaborators, Walter Raleigh and Francis Drake who explored America as far as California (Drake Bay in San Francisco), John Dee who was the origin of 007, widespread printings of Bible versions predating the King James Version, and much more. This was a period of culture, exploration, experimentation and a scrappy bunch of geniuses from Wales and France who didn’t take anyone’s shit. The album cover is a painting William Hunt did in 1860 (Finding of the Savior In the Temple), and this version (there is another with the person holding the scroll with a changed face, curious, because the original looks like me) is in the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery. According to them & National Museums Liverpool, he traveled to Jerusalem to model actual people who lived there, though Mary & Jesus were modeled after British people in London. The person who I look like seems very contemplative, as if Jesus just rocked his world, hermeneutically, and I’m now aware of things which Jesus would’ve said to warrant such a response. Don’t take it at face value or judge a book by it’s cover, it’s more complex than one would assume

These songs were recorded on my own either in a tent with an extension cord running up a mountain or sitting in the front seat of a car with very minimal equipment. With your financial help I can record much better versions because I’ll have more time than rushing and settling on inferior takes, and I’ll have better equipment. Except for the songs I’ll elaborate on below, I’m playing all the instruments and doing all the vocals (none have auto tune), except the drums I programmed and the electronic songs’ percussion are done on keyboard drum samples, Orionting 2 has 2 Asian instrument samples provided by GarageBand (thx GB), Archery’s violin is a GB sample. In the songs After World’s End, Give Me This, Kepesh, Ruined By Geography, and Open to the Elements, I recorded my vocals over the glorious music of Arms and Sleepers, whose music you should give a listen to… he just put out a new album and my favorites are The Organ Hearts and Safe Area Earth. I wrote the lyrics based on the themes I interpreted from his titling There are so many genres and hybrids in this mixture of songs. There are 61 songs in this demo album & I have set it up so there’s a minimum payment, with the option to donate more (which will function as my crowd funding and is needed for life anyway), which I would very much appreciate since the price is so low (I wanted to make it accessible for most anyone).
